Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

Position Responsibilities:

• Providing WOW! customer service involves listening to customers, addressing their concerns promptly, and exceeding their expectations
• Within the assigned shift, fulfilling all store tasks in a timely manner is a vital obligation
• Operates the cash register and follows the cash management procedures that have been established
• It is of the utmost importance to abide by the company's policies and procedures and to take measures to prevent any potential losses
• Providing a safe work environment by making PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) mandatory for all employees
• Collaborates with other team members to achieve store objectives and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• The undertaking to restock merchandise and relocate them to their designated spots is fulfilled
• ZNET is a valuable tool for customers to locate merchandise or offer suggestions for an ideal alternative, ensuring a successful shopping experience
• Keeps product knowledge and promotions current by utilizing the wealth of information provided by AutoZone systems and information sources
• Use GOTTChA Protocols and Assist in the Placement of Windshield Wipers, Batteries, and Light Bulbs
• Employs the OBDII system to read diagnostic codes of customers' vehicles to help identify possible issues
• Competency in identifying glitches with automobiles and prescribing solutions
• Managers are proactively informed about customer concerns and employee matters to ensure a productive and motivated workforce
• Devoted to refining customer service expertise to create a more positive customer experience
• Provides truthful and dependable assistance to customers in selecting the top-quality products that meet their expectations

Position Requirements:

• To be eligible for consideration, applicants must possess a high school diploma or a similar degree and be at least 18 years of age
• To excel in the automotive industry, it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of car parts
• Exceptional aptitude in communication and decision making
• Well-versed in the skills required to pick up, move, and transport merchandise
• The job requires a candidate who can work a flexible schedule that may include evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to meet the business and client expectations
