Job Summary:

Living the Pledge as an assistant requires you to prioritize customer service, maintain inventory levels, prepare orders expediently, and follow all company procedures carefully.

Position Responsibilities:

• Facilitates the completion of store duties within the timeframe of their assigned shift while keeping the Hub visually appealing and organized
• Maintains a safe work environment, where employees must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and abides by company policies and loss prevention measures as a means of safeguarding employees
• Inspect the hard parts and feeder area to ensure that there are no safety concerns that need to be addressed
• Takes responsibility for refilling stores' returns accurately and quickly during route deliveries
• The purpose is to maintain and maximize quality control, accuracy, and order fulfillment while striving for a fill rate of 99 percent
• By utilizing ZNET, clients can quickly and effortlessly find desired merchandise or comparable alternatives
• Assures efficient handling of returned items

Position Requirements:

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent certificate is a necessary requirement for most job opportunities and college admission
• Knowledge of automotive elements is obligatory
• Adept at making wise decisions and excellent communication techniques
• Competence in lifting, shifting, and bringing supplies
• The faculty to alter one's timetable to harmonize with the stipulations of the business, incorporating the availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
